Irma G. Gutierrez, RD, LD
Irma G. Gutierrez, RD, LD has been in the area of Public Health for almost 14 years. Irma is the current TDA President-Elect. Currently, Irma is employed by the Williamson Counties and Cities Health District WIC Program in Georgetown, as the WIC Clinic Supervisor/Nutritionist. Prior to May, 2005, Irma was employed by the City of San Marcos as the WIC Nutrition Coordinator for over 10 years. Irma has been on the TDA Board for several years most recently as a member of the Financial Development Committee and previously as Vice- President(FNCE Chair), Awards Committee, Nominating Committee Chair/Member and Affirmative Action Committee. In 2005,she also served her Austin district as President and most recently this year as the Bylaws Chair. Irma lives in Georgetown and enjoys reading, gardening and traveling and visiting with mother in Laredo.

Jennifer Neily, MS, RD, LD
Jennifer Neily, MS, RD, LD works at the Cooper Clinic in Dallas specializing in cardiovascular wellness and prevention, weight management, and exercise and sports nutrition. She is a past president of the Dallas Dietetic Association and most recently served on the TDA board as Director-at-Large District Presidents Council. Jennifer is a past recipient of the American Dietetic Association’s Emerging Dietetic Leader Award. She presents nutrition seminars to community and corporate groups, participates in media events—including television, radio, and print. She also is adjunct faculty teaching Principles of Nutrition for the Dallas County Community College District. A very active volunteer in the community, Jennifer loves fostering Great Danes through Great Dane Rescue.

Jennifer Cash, MS, RD, LD works for Mead Johnson Nutritionals as an Executive Territory Business Manager and Sales Training Associate. A graduate of TexasA&MUniversity and Texas Woman’s University, Cash holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and institutional Administration and Community Health. Before being chosen TDA Director at Large, District President’s Council, Cash served as President of the Dallas Dietetic Association. In addition, she has been very active in TDA serving on numerous committees. Jennifer resides in Allen, Texas with her husband Joseph and one year old twins, Aiden and Brielle. |

Linda Farr, RD, LD
Linda T. Farr, RD, LD owns and operates her own private practice “Nutrition Associates of San Antonio” and web page: www.NutritiousTable.com. She specializes in weight management, eating disorders, cardiovascular disease and sports nutrition. Prior to becoming a small business owner, Linda was a hospital food service director and clinical dietitian for 100-300 bed hospitals in the Dallas area.
As past TDA president and a San Antonio Business Journal “Healthcare Hero” for 2005, Linda is passionate about decreasing obesity and promoting the RD as the nutrition expert to trust. In her free time, Linda enjoys mosaics, and Latin dancing, golf and flying with her husband Jon. |

Cindy Wolfram, RD, LD
As Division Director of Dietary Skilled Healthcare, LLC, Cindy is responsible for development of programs for long-term care facilities in Texas, Missouri and Kansas. Menu and purchasing management of food and supplies for the dietary departments are the main focus areas. Conducts routine training, quality assurance and monitoring of regulatory compliance for the facilities. An active member of the Texas Dietetic Association serving as President and Director of Public Policy as well as many other areas in the 20 years of service. Resides in Houston and enjoys gardening, cooking and collecting sports memorabilia. |

ADA Delegate Martha Rew, MS, RD, LD
Martha Rew currently serves on the Nutrition and Food Sciences faculty at Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas as an Associate Clinical Professor and Dietetic Internship Director. She teaches a variety of undergraduate courses and has directed the Combined Master's/Dietetic Internship Program for the past sixteen years. Her areas of expertise are the Nutrition Care Process, weight management, nutrition therapy and education methods and community nutrition. She has served the profession at the district and state levels including President of the Dallas Dietetic Association, Vice-President of Texas Dietetic Association and Director of the Texas Dietetic Association Foundation. Martha is a long-term member of the Dallas, Fort Worth and North Texas District Associations. She resides in Arlington, Texas with her husband and son.

Lydia Kloiber, MS, RD, LD, CNSD
LLydia Kloiber ,MS, RD, LD, CNSD served as Texas Delegate from 2001-2005, and Continuing Education Chair from 1999-2001. She also held several positions in the Lubbock Dietetic Association. She is the 2007 recipient of the TDA Outstanding Dietetic Educator in a Didactic Program in Dietetics Award.
Lydia is currently employed at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, where she is the DPD Director and a nutrition instructor. She is a Certified Nutrition Support Dietitian who has practiced in neonatal and pediatric nutrition, critical care and geriatric medicine, including long-term care. She has published articles in the J of the American Dietetic Association, J of Forensic Science and Nutrition in Clinical Practice, and received the American Dietetic Association New Researcher Award.

Teresa Wagner MS, RD, LD
Teresa Wagner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from Texas Christian University and a Master’s degree in nutrition from Texas Woman’s University. She is a registered and licensed dietitian and a member of the American Dietetic Association as well as the Texas Dietetic Association. Teresa is also a member of the Dallas Dietetic Association and Chair of the Pediatric Division of the Nutrition Education for the Public Diagnostic Practice Group for the American Dietetic Association. Additionally, she is the Chair of Public Relations for the Texas Dietetic Association. Teresa recently received the “Media Award” for excellence in nutrition based media for the 2007-2008 membership year from TDA. Currently, she is on the steering committee of the Professional Athletes Council providing nutrition expertise for this volunteer council of Athletes working to combat childhood obesity throughout the country.
Teresa previously specialized in pediatric and neonatal nutrition in both hospital and community settings. Prior to becoming a Dairy Max Program Director, she had her own consulting business serving clients in diabetes management, fitness, computerized diet office systems and education. Teresa also previously taught at the community college and university level for 10 years.
As part of the Dairy MAX staff, she is responsible for developing and implementing nutrition education programs for educators, health professionals and consumer leaders in Texas. Teresa is responsible for reputation/crisis management communications for the Dairy Max region staff, producers and scientific advisory board. Her crisis team at Dairy Max received recognition for “Excellence in Crisis Readiness” in 2007. Additionally, Teresa directs and negotiates the sports marketing initiatives for the Dairy Max region.
As a supervisor, Teresa oversees these efforts in conjunction with her program coordinators in Dallas/Fort Worth, Oklahoma and New Mexico. Teresa has been involved in many community and charitable initiatives throughout the region. She also serves as a media communicator in the Albuquerque/Santa Fe, Oklahoma City and Dallas/Fort Worth markets. Teresa has twice been selected as one of five National Media Ambassadors by The National Dairy Council’s Dairy Management, Inc. She has completed multiple radio interviews, radio talk shows, newspaper and magazine interviews, television interviews, web interviews, cooking demonstrations and published several professional articles. |

Paige Lubritz RD, LD
Ms. Lubritz has been practicing dietetics in the health care industry for over 20 years. She is the Managing Principal of Dietary Network Services (DNS) a national outsourcing and consultative services organization focused upon the health care industry. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur she spent over 15 years in long term health care organizations. She progressed through the ranks to a senior management role for one of the top three largest long term care operations in the country. As Director of Dietary services she was responsible for the clinical and operational dietary programs and personnel managing over 140 facilities in 18 states throughout the United States.
Ms. Lubritz is an active member of the American Dietetic Association (ADA) and multiple ADA DPGs including Consultant Dietitians in Health Care Facilities, Healthy Aging, Weight Management and Nutrition Entrepreneurs. She is Secretary on the Board of Directors for Texas CD-HCF and serves as a reviewer and contributor of educational tools and professional position papers for ADA. She has been involved in and volunteered for the Meals on Wheels programs in several states and her passion for animals has guided her to volunteer at the Humane Society in Austin.

Jo Ann Cassell, PhD, RD, LD
Jo Anne Cassell is currently an adjunct profession in the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences at Texas Woman's University in Denton. She served two terms as a member of the TDA Foundation Advisory Board before her election as Director-Elect and then Director of the Foundation She is a Past President of the North Texas Dietetic Association and has served several years as its Legislative Chair. Before moving to Texas, Jo was a Past President of the New Jersey Dietetic Association and the New Jersey Nutrition Council. She served as chair of a number of committees in both organizations and was named Outstanding Dietitian of New Jersey by the Nutrition Council. She has served ADA, ADAF, and CDR on a number of committees, particularly those dealing with specialty and advanced level certification. Jo is the author of Carry the Flame: the History of The American Dietetic Association; former editor of Topics in Clinical Nutrition; and author of numerous articles, web pages, and monographs for government, professional, and consumer publications. She has appeared many times on national and local radio and television programs to promote good nutrition. She and her husband are active members of the Denton Community Theater and appear regularly on that stage. They are also the parents of five grown children. |

Karin Hosenfeld, RD, LD
Karin Hosenfeld RD/LD owns a private practice in the North Dallas area. She specializes in diabetes, weight management, pediatrics, sports nutrition and cardiovascular health. Karin works with a large pool of referring physicians in addition to counseling members and sports teams of four area YMCAs. She gains clinical experience by working PRN at Parkland Health and Hospital System in Dallas. She is working on her master’s degree at Texas Woman’s University in Exercise and Sports Nutrition.
Karin Hosenfeld’s political knowledge comes in part from serving for five years as Collin County Precinct Chair Director, a position that coordinates get-out-the-vote efforts for 162 precincts county-wide. She is also serving her second year as Legislative Chair for the Dallas Dietetic Association. Karin’s parents got her involved in politics at the ripe age of four! Working on political campaigns and advocating for the public has been both a passion and a hobby her entire life. In the past, she has participated in Nutrition Day at the capitol in Austin as well as ADA’s Public Policy Workshop in Washington, DC two years in a row. Her goal as Public Policy Coordinator for TDA is to encourage and support dietitians across the state of Texas to spread the message to lawmakers that: “The RD is THE nutrition professional”.

Dolores Cheek, Associate Executive Director
Dolores Cheek serves as associate chief staff executive for TDA. Dolores has an extensive background in operations management in a personal and professional services environment, having held positions with MBNA as a manager and personal banking officer. Dolores works with committees, the board of directors and volunteers to help steer the organization to the successful completion of their strategic goals. |
