Chair of ADA Delegates Linda Farr, RD, LD
Linda T. Farr, RD, LD owns and operates her own private practice “Nutrition Associates of San Antonio” and web page: www.NutritiousTable.com She specializes in weight management, eating disorders, cardiovascular disease and sports nutrition. Prior to becoming a small business owner, Linda was a hospital food service director and clinical dietitian for 100-300 bed hospitals in the Dallas area.
As past TDA president and a San Antonio Business Journal “Healthcare Hero” for 2005, Linda is passionate about decreasing obesity and promoting the RD as the nutrition expert to trust. In her free time, Linda enjoys mosaics, and Latin dancing, golf and flying with her husband Jon.

ADA Delegate Cindy Wolfram, RD, LD
As Division Director of Dietary Skilled Healthcare, LLC, Cindy is responsible for development of programs for long-term care facilities in Texas, Missouri and Kansas. Menu and purchasing management of food and supplies for the dietary departments are the main focus areas. Conducts routine training, quality assurance and monitoring of regulatory compliance for the facilities. An active member of the Texas Dietetic Association serving as President and Director of Public Policy as well as many other areas in the 20 years of service. Resides in Houston and enjoys gardening, cooking and collecting sports memorabilia.

ADA Delegate-Elect Martha Rew, MS, RD, LD
Martha Rew currently serves on the Nutrition and Food Sciences faculty at Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas as an Associate Clinical Professor and Dietetic Internship Director. She teaches a variety of undergraduate courses and has directed the Combined Master’s/Dietetic Internship Program for the past sixteen years. Her areas of expertise are the Nutrition Care Process, weight management, nutrition therapy and education methods and community nutrition. She has served the profession at the district and state levels including President of the Dallas Dietetic Association, Vice-President of Texas Dietetic Association and Director of the Texas Dietetic Association Foundation. Martha is a long-term member of the Dallas, Fort Worth and North Texas District Associations. She resides in Arlington, Texas with her husband and son.
