pursuit of nutritious contemporary cooking.

Georgia Kostas, MPH, RD, LD |
| |
- Received the Medallion Award, one of the highest
honors given
by ADA. She is known for her visionary leadership in pioneering wellness
and preventive nutrition in a
clinical setting. Georgia served for 25 years as founder and former Director
of the Cooper Clinic
Nutrition Program in Dallas and has authored four books, including The Cooper
Clinic Solution to the
Diet Revolution. Today, Georgia is a nutrition speaker, spokesperson, and
consultant for corporate
wellness programs, individuals, restaurants, and childhood obesity programs.

Susan Roberts, MS, RD, LD, CNSD |
| |
- 2007 recipient of the ADA Excellence
in Clinical Nutrition award. Recognized for her leadership
and innovation in clinical dietetics, Susan is the Assistant Director of
Clinical Nutrition at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, where she
has
worked since 1989, providing nutrition care for cancer and hematopoietic
stem cell transplant patients.

Kathryn Petersen, DTR |

- Received the 2007 ADA Excellence in Dietetic
Technology award. She was
recognized for her leadership as national Chair of Dietetic
Technicians and for her international volunteer work with
numerous organizations, such as
Aid Sudan, where she teaches cooking and nutrition to
refugees from Sudan Africa. Kathryn has taught nutrition also
in Mexico, Guatemala,
Venezuela and India. Kathryn works at MD Anderson Cancer Center
in Houston.
